I love this Magnesi-om powder to have before bed. It truly does help improve your sleep plus a bonus is that it also helps with bowel movements(!!) & they just came out with amazing new lemonade flavour!!
iced matcha latte
My FAVE drink is currently this, but only with this matcha brand. When you have good matcha, you can’t go back ;). Make it below & ENJOY!
Ingredients:
1 cup mylk (I use oat, by MALK)
splash of maple syrup
2 droppers of this adaptogenic blend
1 tsp matcha
What you’ll need: a frother + small fine sieve
How to make: To a mug, add milk + maple syrup + droppers (if using). Put sieve over mug, then shake in your matcha, pressing little balls through your sieve. Use frother to combine, then add ice & enjoy!
